As from 1st of June, the first official chart for ring tones will be launched. Mobile ring tones are worth approximately GBP70 million a year compared to singles sales valued last year at GBP63 million. A ring tone from the 'Top 20 Chart' costs between GBP1 and GBP3 and can be downloaded via the Internet or text message.
